All in all not a terrible place to live. With the exception of the roads in the park and the playground equipment. The pot holes will swallow a small car. On the fun side it's like a slalom every time you want to leave your house. But other than that it's a quiet community with lots of children.

I just moved in a week ago. So far i love this place. My home is more than i could have asked for. From the first call to see how i go about getting a place to getting my keys went very smooth. It did take a few months as i had to wait for someone to move out. Glen in the office is great! Potholes need fixed but other than that i am so happy that i moved into Hi View! (I rated 4 stars because of the potholes)

The only good thing about this place is they fixed the roads, even though the tenants have to pay for it with the yearly rent raise, the two previous landlords cathy and glenn was awesome and super friendly, the new landlord, however, is on a power trip, she likes to be nosey and get into other people's business and cause problems, she says nobody with a felony is allowed here even if it's a low grade felony and old conviction, unless they are her friend's of course, that rule don't apply to her friend's apparently, she bullies and threatens the tennants if they do something she don't like or for any other ridiculous reason, and good luck calling the park owners and making a complaint because the owner always takes her side over pretty much everything, so it's best to just stay to yourself, other than all of that the one good thing is the online portal to pay rent online it makes it super easy and convenient to pay the lot rent.

This place is ok for family most places have drugs this one u don't see it. The bad and worst part of it is a lot of in managed pets I live animals but people should keep pets under control and worst part it the roads will mess up ur cat in just a matter of a couple weeks the pot holes are so deep u could pop tires and there are I counted 8 on just a little area not even half mile long and when pulling out there are ones u can't avoid cause they are all llthe way across and deep I will post picks Mon.

This place just gets more and more run down. The roads just about swallowed my car. You gotta swerve around like a crazy person constantly to avoid all the huge holes in the road. I don't understand why these parks don't get people to work for them that will take a little pride to get the park fixes up. Broken windows and abandoned trailers. Seems like it would be a hazard to have when families live their.
