  • Waste Collection: Designated areas or scheduled services for trash and recycling disposal are standard offerings.

It's important for prospective residents to understand that the quality and extent of these services can vary. Horrible horrible place to live, my family lived here and you will hear nothing but loud music all hours and dogs constantly barking every single day and night, literally they NEVER STOP!! Management won't do anything, had a pipe burst in 2 different rooms and they couldn't even get a hold of anyone while water was pouring into every room. Had to put down about 8 big blankets just to absorb the water. Now imagine coming home after a seriously long day at work 14 hours only to find one of those barking dogs dedicating in your front yard and about 4 others running around the park barking . You get ready to go inside to rest when you get out of the car and step in 💩😡🤬 When you finally sit down to eat supper you hear a bang and then all you hear besides barking is lots of water, you go check it out and water is spraying everywhere! You call every number for the office and no one answers or calls you back for at least a couple days. I ask do you really think this is the place to soak your money into for rent? The maintenance guy is nice but he just drives around on a golf cart every day, what he does for maintenance....I couldn't tell you. He also doesn't speak any English at all. Toilet comes right up off the floor with no screws holding it down. Should I go on? Well I guess this is enough because anyone in their right mind wouldn't even think about renting here. This is all the Gods honest truth too. If my mother wasn't in her 60s she would have moved a long time ago. 😔😕

Where do I start. At first I was happy to find a place for me and my family to live. But I later regret leaving my old place. 1025.00 a month I felt was not bad but expensive for a trailer that I was not owning but I did not complain until my roof started leaking in spots. I tried to get ahold of someone in July of 2021 but no one would return my phone calls. So I texted the numbers I had and the old manager said that he was no longer there. So then the woman had a maintenance man came out and he took more pictures but I have not heard anything from them and no one has came out to fix the roof. So I refuse to pay the rent for a place that won’t take care of their tenants. Now they are trying to muscle me but I have god on my side. My roof it still not fixed and my trailer vibrates all the time don’t know what’s that is about. It rains into my house every time it rains. I have been trying not to call code enforcement on them but I think it’s time

Do not move here. These people are heartless, the community is nasty. A family just lost everything on a fire and these ppl said they’ll keep charging them the monthly fees or else they will start eviction process on them. Lakeshore communities are disgusting, I would suggest for ppl not to even consider their mobile home communities. I currently love on another community from lakeshore and they also act the same. I just hope they run out of business very soon.
