Horrible service to longtime renters and owners. I've lived in holiday city my entire 22 years of living besides what time I've spent active duty. Over the years, the management has gotten worse and worse. Lawn care is atrocious (see attached pictures) and when contacting the office about the damage they dont respond. There are times where 1 or 2 trailers are sitting in the middle of Francis and Kaye street (the main traveling roads in the community), and the more trailers they add, the less parking we get. There is no specified parking for each resident which would usually be fine, but spaces between trailers are so slim to none, depending on your neighbor there is no available parking in front of your own home causing you to have to park far away and walk to your house. This makes both me and my wife uncomfortable and it doesn't seem safe in the slightest considering the environment. There has been some inconveniences that are worth mentioning such as not having water because our pool was being refilled, trash not being picked up because your neighbors parked to close to your can and the trash, cops asking to see my cameras essentially quarterly due to activity being investigated. This place is just ridiculous to live in. If I didn't think my trailer would be destroyed if I moved it, I would have already left. UPDATE: Just recieved word that if my trash is too close to my car, they won't pick it up. If it's not at least 6 feet from the road, it won't be picked up. If you've seen the width of the street, there is barely If any room for two lanes of traffic If they want people to drive with those conditions, not including the mobile homes THEY leave in the street for up to a week.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My husband lost work because out of nowhere, they said he can't work on cars even if it's our own! Their was a death in the pool! The lawn maintenance was a joke. We had more dirt/mud than grass! They are basically like an HOA. They upcharge rent out of nowhere whenever they feel like it, and it is not equal!!! If you have guests? Oh well too bad they can't park by your cars! Don't say I didn't warn ya! πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Place is cool, but the rent price has gotten outta hand. A little pricey moving in but made it manageable, then new owners came in and hiked the price up 250 dollars more a month, you would think with the price hike there would be improvements but no.. lawn care is worse, maintenance has never came to fix a couple issues that i have reported for the last year. They hired a new trash company gfl who are literally a trash company. But we got new mailboxes woooahh

I moved here a year ago and this was my first stop! I knew when i saw that this is a wonderful place to live! Quiet when it needs to be. Neighbors are polite! Community activities and information! Shout out to Ms Gloria in the office! Always pleasant and helpful with a smile! Whenever (if ever), I had an issue, she is the one I would go to and she gets it done! Truly an honor to call this place home! Highly recommend and appreciate all!
