Holiday Mobile Home Court

They just installed new speed bumps throughout the place that are the size of curbs and I'm looking forward to sueing this place for the damage to my vehicle. What normal person makes speed bumps that require an off road vehicle to traverse??

The neighbors have all been really nice and helpful there’s lots of kids at play here they Have like a little farmers market on Saturdays. It’s close to a lot of businesses is a nice bike trail behind the trailer court.

BRE has done amazing things to this trailer court. It’s still a little cramped for my style. However, the trash that use to live here is getting taken out!!! It’s safer now. And she is weeding out old busted messed up trailers.

Let's give credit where it is do! This court was started by Joe and Allie as a place where hard working people could raise families on a budget. The current management, maintenance and owner try very hard to make this a place people can be proud to call home. Yes it is an older court, but changes will happen. Newer homes are being moved in and older dumps are being removed!

love this place there are plenty of friendly people and the owners are nice and work hard some of the trailers could use a bit of work and could keep their yards looking a bit better but other than that its a great place to live and the best part is the lot rent is low compared to the other parks that jumped their lot rent up like 60%
