The exact approach would involve navigating to Siberia, and then following signs to the recreation area and specifically to the North Face Campground. While it offers a feeling of being "deep in the forest," it's generally accessible enough not to deter the average camper. As a campground primarily focused on providing a natural and serene camping experience, especially within a national forest context, Indian-Celina Lakes North Face Campground is unlikely to offer traditional commercial "promotions" or "special offers" in the way a retail business might. Their pricing and availability are typically set by the managing authority (likely the U.S. Forest Service or a concessionaire operating under their guidelines).
However, potential "offers" or valuable information for campers could include:
- Seasonal Rates: Like many campgrounds, there might be slight variations in rates between peak season (summer) and off-peak seasons, or for weekdays versus weekends. These wouldn't be "promotions" but rather standard seasonal adjustments.
- Federal Passes: Visitors with certain federal recreation passes (such as the America the Beautiful – The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass) might receive discounts on camping fees, if applicable to this specific campground's classification within the Hoosier National Forest.
- Reservation System Perks: Booking through official channels (like Recreation.gov, which is common for federal campgrounds) might sometimes offer early bird access to popular sites or notifications about availability, though not typically a price reduction.
- Group Site Discounts: If there are group camping sites, there might be specific pricing for larger parties that could be considered a form of "offer" for groups.
To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on camping fees, availability, reservation policies, and any potential programs that might indirectly provide a benefit, it is highly recommended to consult the official website for the Hoosier National Forest or the specific reservation platform (e.g., Recreation.gov) associated with Indian-Celina Lakes North Face Campground. Customer Reviews
Well maintained. Feels like you're deep in the forest. Clean restrooms too. Camp hosts do great job here.
This is a beautiful campground. The sites are large, offer some privacy and are set in a mature pine forest. Restrooms are clean and well kept. I would rate 5 stars, but I cannot. Blowers ran non-stop the second day we were here. The worst was at 3:48 am, Wednesday morning when a trash truck went through and emptied dumpsters. 3:48 am! I know it's one small thing, but I don't think I'll be back. Sad
This campsite was absolutely worth the money! Quiet (enough) and close to the interstate so easy stop and cheaper than a hotel. Didn't get to pay on the way in since I wasn't sure which site I'd stay at, but the volunteer very kindly showed up early to collect and was very understanding! 10/10 would stay again.
Hello! My wife and I are camp hosts here! We love this place and sharing it with you! Thank you for leaving comments. Please note: sites 33 and 35 are great for tents but not really suitable for most camping vehicles due to incline. Also, the south slope campground site 27 is suitable for tent and small pop up campers only. Thank you! Look forward to seeing you!
It was quiet. The restrooms and showers were clean. Our spot was shaded with 30amp electric. There is no water hookups, though there are water spigots scattered about the campground to get water. We filled gallon jugs for handwashing.
