Promotions or Special Offers
As a residential mobile home park, Inverness Mobile Home Park typically focuses on providing competitive lot rental rates and a quality living environment rather than short-term promotional offers. However, it is always recommended for prospective residents to contact the park directly to inquire about current lot availability, rental rates, and any specific terms or incentives that might be available at the time of inquiry.
Given the nature of mobile home park operations, "promotions" often manifest as stable, long-term rental agreements or community enhancements that add value to residents' lives. For instance, the recent paving of roads and the attention to street lighting improvements are examples of how the park invests in its residents' quality of life, which can be seen as a long-term benefit or "offer" to the community.
Potential residents interested in moving their mobile home to the park or inquiring about available homes for rent or purchase within the park should engage directly with park management. They can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on any available incentives for new tenants or current leasing opportunities.

Customer Reviews
Great place to live if your over 55. Nice, quiet and well maintained park. Super location. Been here almost 3 years and have not regretted our move.
I have been here now for 11 months. For the most part I really like living here. People are friendly. A few months after moving here new owners and rent went up $40 and no new signed leases which means at their mercy. We all have to maintain our own lawns, which I don't mind but there is a lot that can not and it is another added expense for them. We have no on site manager and for some reason they will not fix the street lights on our side. Always an excuse. I used to have a very small dog but one night I was taking out the trash after dark and she got out. Next thing I knew she tore off after a dog coming down the road. That dog is a pit bull and he severed my dogs spinal cord and I had to put her to sleep. I still miss her. Nothing I could do since my dog was not on her leash and went after him. I asked that a muzzle be put on that dog when out and that was fine for awhile but now they do it if feel like it but mostly not. I watch my grandkids every other weekend and we were walking and he came out with the dog. It looked at us and barked. Pits are my biggest fear and I am sad I have to be afraid because of this dog. There is not supposed to be guard dogs and there are 2 pits in the park. I have not seen other one but can hear him when walk by their house. Aside from that I like the newly paved roads and how clean the property is. Most of the tenants are on fixed incomes and can not afford any more rent increases. We are pretty high up there already. Thank you. Added: They finally fixed the street light outside my home. It is nice and bright and I feel more secure. Thanks
Just a quick edit as I wrote an earlier review however the ladies that helped with the application process which was easy and lightning fast was Karen and Deanna not Donna. Sorry for this name error. I can say however highly recommend this park .Toured park well maintained . Professional staff. Thank you Deanna and Karen for all your help and fast approval. Again sorry for the name error.Happy to becoming a resident and enjoying your activities
Since Flinston properties took over they raised our rent twice in less than a year, their reasoning they have improvements they planned on doing, and the amenities. No improvements have been made, and there are no amenities. They have ignored request to fix our street safety light for over a year, and it is still not fixed. There are tree limbs that are dead but no maintenance has been performed. There is no on site manager. I have emailed the appropriate person about the street light and I never received an answer. So if you want to pay high rent in a park that does nothing, move here!
Great staff and management running the place. Clean yards and maintenance going on. They also have several projects in the works to add on and grow the place, including a dog park in picnic area. They also have a community building where they have free breakfasts and dinners throughout the month, as well as events, movie Nights, and things like that. One of the managers, Larry, is a real friendly guy and happy to help out the folks living there
