As of the current available information, Klines Resort does not prominently advertise specific, short-term promotional offers for new residents on its public platforms. However, the resort structure itself, offering "seasonal" dwelling options for manufactured homes and RV sites, can be considered a form of ongoing value proposition.

For prospective manufactured home residents (those aged 55+), the offer of "comfortable, low maintenance homes in a range of styles and prices" on 40x80, 50x100, and 60x120 sites, with annual assessments (e.g., $2,627 for full pay in 2021, or $422 monthly), represents a consistent, long-term offer of affordable lakeside living. The inclusion of water, sewer, and household trash disposal in the rent also represents a significant cost saving.

For short-term and seasonal RV campers, Klines Resort highlights the convenience of having an RV "here and ready for use" without the headaches of towing and setting up. While daily/nightly rates exist for short-term stays ($5/night for a second pet), the true value for many is the long-term seasonal rental, which includes a cement RV pad & patio, picnic table, fire ring, and full hookups.

It is highly recommended to directly contact Klines Resort to inquire about current lot availability, precise rental rates for both manufactured homes and RV sites, and any specific seasonal incentives or packages that might be available.

We thought we had found our place but Phil, the owner is anything but pleasant. They expect you to be friendly, but he is far from that. Doesn’t smile, wave, nothing. That being said, we had waited 2 years to get a seasonal spot here. We were offered a spot for this season and before even deciding on it we went out and asked probably 50 questions about things. One being about fencing. We have medium sized dogs and were aware of the fencing requirements but explained everything to Tama, told her the size and she said the fencing was APPROVED. If it wasn’t approved, we wouldn’t have even bothered taking a spot. These two need to get on the same page, numerous residents there told us this was a problem. We put everything up in April and here it is the end of July and my husband received a nasty phone from Phil about the fencing. Mind you we’ve been to the camper 9 times total this season, so barely at all. But came out weekly to maintain everything as required. We were told to take it down and put up his little fencing that my dogs could clearly jump over so why bother. Leaving our dogs behind wasnt an option either. We don’t pay to come relax for our dogs to be chained up. Not to mention, not one person ties their dog up all day while they are there, in fact there are a few that get to run and play fetch with their owners and not even have a collar on. There was zero harm in our fencing or our dogs, they laid around in the grass most of the time and weren’t in a “dog run” as it was called. They were never left alone. It’s fine to enforce rules, but they need to be in-forced on everyone! We were forced out of here before the season was even up, because Phil doesn’t like dogs, it was far from a fence problem, since this fence had been up since April. Side note; I was absolutely mortified when one of your residents gave me the third degree of the breed, size, the fact that we had 2 and color of my dogs. I filled out the papers for them, checked the restricted breed list- that they clearly weren’t on, asked the owners about them, again they were approved! I’m not sure the exact problem, as we did everything by the “rules” from 2016 that were presented to us as far our dogs but there was obvious issues that were never brought to us other than the fencing. She mentioned how young we were and that she was surprised we were let in. Strange how she did this and then NOW our fencing was the issue. Beautiful place but HORRIBLE management. Not impressed and was a complete waste of time and money! Phil does NOT like dogs, especially the bigger ones as we were told- they need to get on the same page as far as “rules” and regulations. Reply to Phil: We were fully aware of your 30 year rules and read the entire book as instructed- which is why we specifically came in and showed Tama pictures of the fencing and even gave her the measurements- she approved it. Your rules weren’t the problem, how you enforce them are. Not ONE person there ties their dogs up, but because we had the biggest dogs there at the time, we stuck out. No harm done, just not the place for us.

A well-kept manufactured home resort. Variety of single wide and double wide homes, with spots available for 5th wheel trailers. Very nice recreation center. Quiet 55 plus community. No pool. Lakefront with a very small sand beach. There are a number of boat slips for smaller boars and pontoons. Outdoor tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocci, and shuffleboard courts

This place is as good as it comes when comparing 55+ older communities! It's clean and quiet back here. Very well kept and it seems like people care about having a clean and nice community. I was visiting a friend whom lives here. I also fly as a member with the RC Thunderbolt's Airplane Club which is located on Kline's Resort Property. The Resort offers many activities and and the RC Airplane Club is one of them. There is a beautiful lake here and it seems like there is a lot of green space for enjoyment.
