Horrible place to live. People are bumping their bass in their cars from sun up to sun down, trash everywhere, smells like sewage and some of the residents are highly discourteous. They break glass bottles and leave them in the streets, park in your driveway or let their family and friends block your driveway, kids constantly trespassing and throwing things at our home, rat infestation and I do mean rats, not mice, bugs no matter how clean you keep your home because others yards are trashy and unkempt, way too much traffic for the amount of homes here, and again, excessive bass that rattles the windows. It is hand down the worst place I’ve ever lived.
Love Crystal the New park manager, park owners need to invest instead of rent going above what this park is worth. My area was never prepared for me and it cost 2,500 to get the lot ready for utilities, plus it took just about a month. The manager at the time didn't know how to run a trailer park.
The current on site manager Crystal is a gem. She made the whole move in process a breeze for my family and I. Every time I've needed something she has been there to help solve any problem we have and, she was also very prompt to do so. She's awesome please don't ever let her leave.
I just purchased a used mobile home through La Hacienda Estates. This is my first time buying a home and Crystal helped me with a smooth process. She has been very patient with cleaning the yard and repairs on the home knowing the struggles of pandemic going on at this time. Really enjoy it here so far!
