Introduction / Overview
Lees Trailer Park is an established manufactured home community situated in Binghamton, New York. As a community serving the Broome County area, it offers space for residents to place or rent manufactured homes, positioning itself as a potentially more cost-effective housing solution compared to traditional stick-built homes or apartment complexes in the city. The park operates within the framework of a standard mobile home community, where residents are generally responsible for their individual home maintenance, while the park management oversees the shared infrastructure and common areas.
The Binghamton region, part of the Southern Tier of New York, offers a mix of urban conveniences and natural beauty. For locals, Lees Trailer Park represents a housing option that allows residents to benefit from this geographical setting. When exploring options in the 13901 zip code area, Lees Trailer Park is one of the residential sites to consider. However, as is the case with many residential communities, the quality of experience is often directly tied to the level of maintenance and management responsiveness, factors that should be closely investigated by any interested parties.

Lived here for over a year with nothing but issues. There was a hole in the floor when we moved in that the landlord dragged their feet to fix, we had a pipe burst in the wall and my landlord acted like it wasn’t their problem. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
