Yuck. Went there to look at a few available trailers with and for a friend. The insides looked like those 80's movies where the hotel room is very obviously used for drugs and prostitution. It's just the vibe. Not for us.

I Find the actions of the so called " landlords" here deplorable. Gossip mongers with almost stalkerish tendencies. The way they speak to and about their tenants is beyond unprofessional. I wonder if the owners know of their actions? Not a very good way to portray the people who worked this park for many many years to make it a pleasant place to live. These people are bullies who use intimidation and threats to "manage" people who choose to live there. I have personally seen them go into a home that was occupied without permission ( while the tenant was in the process of moving out) and push the tenants ac unit out the window breaking it on the ground without hesitations... They have also been caught trying to say that tenants (most who live on fixed incomes) haven't paid rent and demanding another payment immediately after, but when presented with proof from money order company of deposit by said landlord it was laughed off as clerical error... So unless your looking for harassment, nosey neighbors, a landlord who will tell you who can and cannot visit your home based on the color of their skin or overall apperances, extremely high rent for mold infested trailer homes check around other places. Just one person's opinions and observations ....

Too many drugs and sex offenders living there. Places don't get fixed. Office is hardly open. Trash all over the side of driveway. The driveway is full of potholes.
