This place is a DUMP. As someone who has to drive thru the park every single day of the week, its disgusting. Yards are filthy, filled with trash, dog crap and more. The pictures make it look so good, i recommend taking a drive through it and see for yourself

Most of our children live here as well as us. A lot of problems with our water, but it's the same all around Dorr. Park has treated us very nicely with issues. Too many people take advantage of leaving in the night and not taking their pets with them but us as neighbors watch out for each other and make sure things are maintained.

I live here and its a joke.. Management is awful. Water is awful can't drink it. But gotta pay for it. It used to be A nice place. When I moved in here back in 2011
