We enjoyed our stay at Meadow Crest. The owner, Heath, was kind and welcoming. Our children loved the pool table and the games in the game room. The brand new pool was fabulous. We had a super shady site with full hookup. Heath’s hospitality really made our stay! If we clever find ourselves in the area, we would definitely camp here again.
Jul 07, 2025 · Becky RoweThis park is excellent and the owner Heath is very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I will definitely come back
Jun 06, 2025 · Ronnie HutchinsWe had a great stay. The hookup sites are flat and level. There is a little road noise. But it's easily ignored. The amount depends on which site. Ironically, the noisiest ones were filled with seasonals. The view from our site as wonderful. We had company the first weekend. Unlike many locations, Heath was wicked flexible about having a tent on site for the kids. The bathhouses were clean and well maintained. The location also has a common room and laundry facilities. We're contemplating a fall visit to sit and watch the leaves change color.
Jul 29, 2019 · Scott MaitlandI will definitely book again. I emailed with Heath, the owner, and he was very responsive and prompt. He gave us clear directions, which was very helpful since our service was spotty. We picked the campsite farthest into the trees, with a little path along the water and we LOVED IT. So serene and beautiful.
Sep 16, 2020 · Sydney HernandezGreat location and views. Spots were nice and cozy. Several amenities - rec room, playground, laundry. Owner was super friendly. Verizon signal was great. Only downsides were slow wifi and making a right turn into this place with the rig. If you are turning in to the right it is a hairpin turn. Go down the street another half mile or so and turn around.
