Its' a great place. Very laid back environment as we'd love to keep it! Everyone knows everyone to some degree. Although we give one another their space and opportunity to be themselves within the guidelines of the agreement we took with the landlord. Your business is highly appreciated, I am sure if you could or would stay out here, and not be a problem. Thank you staff and community!
Ive lived here since 2010 and absolutely love the small community here. All the people are wonderful neighbors and we always look out for each other. Even though its in town it has a small country feel.
My grandmother is manager there and a lot of my family lives here, as myself grew up there as a teenager.. I enjoy the fact that all the children play together in the little housing mobile home. My grandmother tries to maintain a peaceful and safe place for others to live.
I have lived here 5 and a half years . Mostly managers family and a lot of gossip and lies told if they don't like you. I have been theifed from and now management did not give every resident a boil order notice. They do nothing to stop other residents from the abusive behaviors of others because they are the ones doing the gossip. They enter your lots without any notice even if your not home. I do not recommend this park if you have children or wife's there are6 pedifiler's living on property 2 not registered.
So sorry to whom this post may offend....just saying...i lived at Meadowview Park for 2 1/2 yrs 2002 till 2005. At the time a careing park manager by the name of Sue. She did an amazing job keeping the park a safe and drug free place to live. A place you could relax and visit your neighbors without fear of being wrongfully accused of things or being bullied. I have not seen this since i have visited the place frequently for several yrs. now. Yes Mary is improving the road, put in storm drains, and pouring concrete plots for RV's to park. The lot fees are over priced and you pay your electricity bills. Don't forget the fee of $25 bi monthly for your small plot to be mowed. Also the pet deposit of $10 per pet monthly. Yes you own your RV and I'm sure you pick up after your pet when you take them out..but you have to pay management monthly. Just doesn't seem feasible.
