I’ve never had a problem here, I’ve always loved to live here. My son’s car got towed because 1 wheel from his car was on the grass. Manager Nicole said this was a justified towing. As it’s says you can not have a car on the grass. Wow.$300 to get the car back.this is the photo from the tow company.

Very nice staff. They allow small fences for your dogs, which is a plus. Lot Rent is $950 if you are purchasing your home, not sure what it would be if you are just renting. It's tough out here folks, good luck
I have lived here for quite a while and never had a problem with parking my car in front of my house. Last night my car got towed at 9 pm because I moved it for 5 minutes. Don’t leave your car anywhere except your driveway or you’ll be charged an arm and a leg. The contract with the tow company is a scam and the management could care less.
We have recently moved our new home into the community and really enjoy being here! Rebecca has worked with us throughout the entire process to help make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
