Hidden gem! Moving into this neighborhood has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. It's quite, friendly and conveniently located to almost everywhere in Sherman. Everyone here is great! We moved in and we have been welcomed by everyone. I love that they take pride in their community and keep the place looking nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and effortless the transition to our new home was in the end. I expect a lot more hassle but I am delighted to say this was a very good experience and I have made a few new friends in the process! Good job crossroads! Keep up the good work!

We used their short-term sites. These sites are right when you come into the park. They are very tight and difficult to park along a curve. One of the two sites, the sewer hookup is right under the picnic table, not ideal. The sites offer hardly any room for outside activities. One site has no room for chairs or anything outside. The other had some room and had a small nature area with a fountain. It's a good idea, but I picked up a lot of trash, and the area needed help. The one with a picnic table has very low tree limbs. They were too low for our 21' travel trailer. Be careful! Overall, the park is not well maintained. I wouldn't suggest it but for a night or two. We will find another option when visiting. We won't book the short-term sites here again.

I love the community wi-fi and the new picnic area made for us . Appreciate that management has been able to keep lot rents lowest in the city. Neighbors are wonderful, curb side trash pick up, what's not to love? Best decision that I have made in the last 7 years!
