I live here for the last 5 years. It is a great place if you want to own your trailer. You won't get these terms anywhere else. $2,000 down and no interest on the loan. Yes the driveway is rough but so is the streets of Saint Joseph Missouri. Our neighbors are very friendly and maintenance can take some time but there is only 2 men. I have no regrets about living here.
Trailers are in terrible shape n run down , and there's no regular maintenance man,. Hard to get a hold of anybody in office and when you ... She's rude and won't give you the phone number for the owners of the trailer parks office headquarters.. I have family member that lives there but doesn't like to complain. Guess the owners don't care about making tenants keep there junk cleared away or any other eyesore , as long as trailers are have tenants paying rent . I guess they think if your considered low income you don't care what your neighborhood looks like!
Been trying to contact for almost 3 days. No fb response nobody answers the phones and after driving bythe place, its disgusting. Trash everywhere, clutter, debris, And tweakers all over the place. Dont rent here unless you want your car ransacked every night. Place needs shut down tbh. Like a 3rd world country driving through their. And the road is riddled with potholes

We live here and anymore you have to worry about your property. The property manager gave us a violation because she said that it is the exterior in general. She told everyone else what it is. We cleaned up the outside and she won't come back to look at it. The cleaning lady doesn't clean anything and she thinks she has a opinion when it doesn't concern her. The driveway is great and not full of holes. We have lived here for 5 years with no problem since she has been here for 3 weeks. This place is not that good and we are hoping to get out in the spring. Only 1 maintenance man who works hard where everyone else stands around and smoking cigarettes.
