Campers rave about the clean bathrooms, spacious sites, and the dedicated dog park, making it a welcoming place for both two-legged and four-legged family members. While there are discussions around pricing and some natural elements like sand and bugs, the overwhelming sentiment from visitors is a desire to return, often declaring it their "favorite campground to date." In this article, we’ll explore the extensive offerings of Oasis Campground & Waterpark, covering its convenient location, the myriad of services and activities, its standout features, and why it's such a strong contender for your next family adventure in Wisconsin.
Oasis Campground & Waterpark is conveniently located at N4398 Elizabeth Ln, Hancock, WI 54943, USA. This strategic position places it right in the heart of Central Wisconsin, a region well-regarded for its accessibility and diverse outdoor recreation opportunities. Hancock is a charming village in Waushara County, providing a peaceful backdrop for the campground while remaining well-connected to major routes.
The campground’s proximity to Interstate 39/Highway 51 (via Exit 131, the Hancock Exit on County Rd V) ensures straightforward travel for campers coming from Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and other major Wisconsin cities. This easy access is a significant advantage, reducing travel time and allowing families to spend more of their precious vacation enjoying the campground's amenities.
While Hancock itself offers local charm, campers at Oasis Campground benefit from being within a reasonable driving distance of essential services in nearby towns. For more extensive attractions, the famous Wisconsin Dells, known for its water parks, entertainment, and dining, is also accessible, providing options for day trips if desired. However, with the abundance of activities right on-site at Oasis, many visitors find little reason to leave. The surrounding Central Wisconsin area also offers opportunities for exploring local forests, lakes, and rivers, complementing the campground's own extensive recreational offerings. This combination of easy highway access and a central location in a beautiful part of Wisconsin makes Oasis Campground a convenient and attractive choice for local campers.

These provide refreshing fun for all ages, with the water obstacle course being particularly popular. The ability to bring your own floaties and pool toys further enhances the experience.
- Abundance of Kid-Friendly Activities: The campground is a paradise for children, offering a jumping pillow, foam parties, themed weekends with planned activities, train and fire truck rides, playgrounds, and a wide array of games like Gaga ball, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. - Dedicated Dog Park: A fenced-in dog park allows canine companions to run and play unleashed, a highly valued amenity for pet-owning campers.
- Full Hookup Sites & Convenient Utilities: Many sites offer full hookups (water, electric, sewer), including pull-through options, providing maximum convenience for RV campers. The direct sewer hookups on-site are a significant plus, saving time and effort.
- Vibrant Community & Themed Weekends: The campground fosters a lively atmosphere with regularly scheduled themed weekends. These events add an extra layer of fun and create opportunities for campers to socialize and participate in unique activities.
- On-site Dining and Store: The presence of the Wonderwall Bar and Grill and a well-stocked gift shop means campers don't have to leave the park for good food, drinks, or forgotten essentials, adding to the convenience.

This speaks volumes about the fun and value experienced.
Oasis Campground & Waterpark, as a highly popular and amenity-rich destination, often bases its "offers" on the extensive value packed into its rates. While specific discount promotions may vary seasonally or for specific events, the core value proposition includes:
- All-Inclusive Activity Access: Each campsite reservation generally includes 4 wristbands, granting access to a vast array of activities such as the swimming pool, inflatable waterpark on the pond, jumping pillow, volleyball, horseshoes, and various planned activities. This bundled access means significant entertainment value is included in your stay.
- Seasonal Site Availability: Oasis Campground offers seasonal sites, providing a long-term, convenient base for frequent campers. Inquiring about seasonal rates could be a "special offer" for those looking to make Oasis their regular summer getaway.
- Day Passes Available: For locals not staying overnight, day passes are available (though reviewers note the cost) for access to the waterpark and other amenities. This allows non-campers to enjoy the fun for a daily fee.
- Themed Weekend Events: While not a discount, the consistently scheduled themed weekends (e.g., Carnival Weekend, All Things Country Weekend) offer unique, included entertainment that enhances the camping experience without additional charges for participation in many activities.
It is important to note that specific pricing for day passes ($25 per person, not cheaper for kids under 10, as mentioned in a review) and additional costs for some activities (like cookie decorating at $2/cookie or the Gel Blaster Zone) should be clarified directly with the campground. For the most current information on rates, seasonal site availability, and any specific promotions that might be running, it is always best to directly contact Oasis Campground & Waterpark.

Customer Reviews
First time I've ever been there, my better half and his son used to go. Minus one star as I think the cost to get in, just for the use of the pond and pool was really overpriced IMO. I could see if it had included a campsite, or a free burger n fries or a couple adult drink tickets included, that price would've made more sense. If you go here, it is best to bring your own lounge chairs and a shade tent or canopy of you want to find shade as there really is none and the ones there (I wasn't sure or not) are from what campers or others brought and set up on their own. However there is an abundance of activities for kids all day long which was cool. Was fun to see the bubble machine BUT I heard several kids crying because the bubbles made their eyes sting. Isn't there something more natural and sting-free/burning free that could be used to make the bubbles? I'm really glad that we had use of the small chlorine pool though. That water was the perfect temperature, there's shade under the pavilion. I like that we could bring our own floaties and pool toys too. Overall a fun day for all of us, the food and drinks were good but I still think at $25 PER PERSON is insane. Not even cheaper for kids under 10.
First timers here. I’ll list the pros and the cons. Starting with the pros •sites were labeled nicely so they were able to find. •bathroom was clean. My husband said it was one of the cleanest bathrooms he’s been in while camping. •the bounce pad was a blast. I haven’t laughed that hard in a very long time nor have I stepped foot on a trampoline in 15 years! • so much to do! There was shuffle boards, horseshoes, Gaga ball, etc to keep kids out of the campers and outside! • the inflatable obstacle course was a blast. I think I enjoyed watching our husbands jump off it or slipping than anything. • the foam party was the highlight of our day Saturday. The kids had so much fun getting buried in bubbles. • my dog LOVED the dog park. I was so happy to see one fenced in and all for our four legged friend to run around in unleashed with other dogs. •cookie decorating was a fun idea for the kids to do before we went swimming. As a mom with multiples, $2/cookie was kind of expensive (in my opinion) •lots of nice stuff in the gift shop. Spent $25 in there on toys/candy and a cute magnet for our fridge that says the campground name on it. •sewer right on sight so you didn’t have to drag your camper offsite somewhere to dump. Cons • lack of rain made the grass at the sites very dry. Felt like walking on needles. • soooo sandy at the sites all of us booked. Ironically we weren’t near the water/beach. Our camper floors and beds were covered in sand. • the flies were TERRIBLE! Regular house flies were BITING. I think we brought a dozen flies home with us from camping that I can’t get out of my camper ha! The gnats were awful as well, swarming your legs and arms. And bug spray didn’t help. Reluctantly they went away at night. Absolutely no mosquitoes so that was at least pleasant! •No recycling? So sad. For the planet. For the kids’ futures. For the landfill. Please consider getting a recycle bin. We separated everything during our stay and were shocked there wasn’t one, after hearing from another camper saying they have asked for one and the owners don’t listen. •check out times at 11, suck. We’ve been to many campgrounds that do later checkouts after 1pm and anything after is extra which is way easier to leave relaxed and not rushed to make sure we have everything cleaned up/put back. However, with all of this being said, I think this is officially our favorite campground we’ve been to to date and we cannot wait to book many trips next summer for long stays. A lot of my cons are nothing to do with the campground. Mother Nature plays a huge factor on the weather conditions, the bugs and or dryness of the grass.
We debated whether to check out this place or go to the Dells, as usual, for a water park day. So glad we chose Oasis! It is affordable and so much fun! Both the kids and the adults had a blast. It is certainly challenging and the kids had fun laughing at us out of shape adults falling into the water. Bring your own cooler and lawn chairs; a sun umbrella is a good idea too as the trees are young and there isn't much shade. They kindly provide life jackets. This is a treasure of a find right now, I do worry that it wouldn't be nearly as much fun on a busy weekend day, or once it gains popularity and gets packed. Go now while it's still a hidden gem!
This was our 5th? Time going and we're thinking our last. Just because our teens are older now. Campground is very well kept and very nice, they have a nice little store with necessities but prices are a little high on food. Don't forget your smores supplies! Lol The pool and bathrooms are nice, they have fun activities for the kids, they have fireworks for the 4th and had a band in 2022 (but not in 2021 when we were there) there's a swingset, gaga ball ring, jumping pillow and of course the water park! They do provide life jackets but all are adult xs or smaller. You can bring your own. People of all ages wear a life jacket (but it's not required) because trust me.... running on that thing and falling in all the time and swimming... you get EXHAUSTED!! You WILL wear your kids out here!! 🥳
This is one of our favorite spots. I think the price, except for golf cart rentals, is more than fair. They are laid back but keep the campgrounds in tip top shape. The floating obstacle course is the best around and we are already planning our trip for jext year. The foam beach party was added to our core memories!
