While recent customer feedback has highlighted some concerns regarding management transitions and communication, it's important to consider that such changes can often be periods of adjustment, with potential for future improvements. For many, the core value of an RV park lies in its fundamental offerings: a safe, accessible, and convenient place to park your home on wheels, connect to essential services, and enjoy the local surroundings.

For us Floridians, especially those who cherish the freedom and flexibility of RVing, Palm Shores RV Park offers a compelling option right here in our own backyard. Its suitability for locals stems from its strategic location, practical amenities, and the unique lifestyle it supports, even with recent management transitions that have presented challenges.

Firstly, the park’s prime location on US Highway 1 in Melbourne is a significant advantage. As locals, we understand the convenience of being on a major artery that grants easy access to everything the Space Coast has to offer. Whether it’s a quick trip to the beach for a sunrise stroll, a day out fishing on the Indian River Lagoon, or catching a rocket launch from a nearby viewing spot, Palm Shores RV Park positions us perfectly. Secondly, the fundamental offerings of an RV park – full hookups, communal facilities like laundry, and the ability to accommodate both short and long-term stays – are practical considerations for local RVers. For those who might use their RV for weekend getaways without straying too far from home, or for Floridians who temporarily relocate within the state for work or leisure, Palm Shores provides a stable and convenient base. While past reviews highlight issues with management communication and park upkeep, the core promise of a functional RV site remains. It offers a stepping stone for those considering the RV lifestyle without a permanent commitment, or a convenient spot for seasoned RVers to pause and enjoy local life.

Finally, for many Floridians, the RV lifestyle represents a form of freedom and community. While specific community events or strong highlights aren't detailed, the very nature of an RV park fosters connection among residents. For locals, it can be a place to meet fellow Floridians who share a love for travel and outdoor adventure. After management changed a few months ago the quality of the park has gone down. After living here two years, with no contact, an eviction notice was put on my door step. I wasn’t contacted before hand, I wasn’t given a reason, and they had the audacity to text me three days after.

Wanted me to take 4 pictures of a trailer that is almost new. Reviews indicate it's kind of hard to maneuver too. Dismissed. Ridiculousness is not tolerated, found a better place nearby

One of the better RV Parks we’ve been to recently. Great management goes a long ways and Melissa is a true gem! Clean and modern facilities; it’s an overall well kept small RV park in a great location!

Beleave none of what you read. None of what you hear. And all what you see. If you look closely you'll see the kids rv next to me black holding tank leaks and smells. Airborne biohazard can't open windows on a day with west wind. I got yeld at for complain. I'm not saying it's a bad place I'm just saying you can interpret it any way you like but when something like this happens it ought to be fixed and not just ignored.
