I spent one of my most memorable weekends ever here, back in September 1984, just as the La Crosse Oktoberfest festivities were starting up. Thought the estates were a perfect location to wind down in after a day of partying at the fest. I'll never forget you, Maureen, You made it unforgettable.

Cheap place to rent trailers however, the old lady who owns the land(not the trailers) is frustratingly arrogant and self-righteous and will not only peep in your windows, but also give out fines for shoveling 6 square inches of snow, and requesting you let her use your children as slave labor when she sees fit.
