I don't live here personally, but my friend has lived here her whole life and it's ghetto. Currently there is a bunch of people going around and breaking into people's sheds and stealing their belongings. People are not friendly.
I've lived here in this park since 2007, the new management company/owner is not to be trusted. Rent keeps going up without any justification .... ZERO upkeep or upgrades. Recently I've been exposed to management not upholding any agreements made with tenants. I would give a zero if possible. If you can get into a different park I would recommend that.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Part of my lease is the roads will be plowed if vehicles are moved. We had our vehicles gone for 4 days and infeont of our house was not plowed. We called to ask for it to be plowed because if we parked where they "plowed" we would be blocking traffic and emergency vehicles. We were told there is nothing they can do for us that we can shovel it ourselves. Instead of looking themselves they assumed it was plowed and left this responsibility up to us. Luckily we are not elderly. But we do have alot of elderly folks who live here.
Lived here over 20yrs place going down fast. Management does nothing to upkeep property but keep raising rent. Looking to relocate.
I've lived here 30 years WORST it's ever been - Druggies everywhere, Rent has gone up $150 in 2 years (when it was always $10/$20 a year) They are charging us like we have driveways and garages NOBODY to talk too EVERYTHING taken Away ( leaving yard clippings - putting large items up front, common sense from neighbors, ECT...) It's Pathetic
