Wow! Really nice and new park. Very nice military memorial at the entrance. Lots of amenities-- pickle ball court, corn hole, playground, basketball, patio/community grilling/entertainment/fireplace area and more. Bathroom and showers are what other parks need to see as a benchmark. Reading posts of those who gave less than 4 stars, all I have to say is you need to filter out what truly is a problem versus a gripe. Like one guy complained, his dog got a tick out in the woods. Another isn't happy with the gravel on the site. Seriously!? I very seldom say this as a recommendation for a place, but I will for this place... will definitely go back to this place again.

Newer RV park I think 3 years. It is clean and nice. I was thankful they could accommodate us as we had another campground in Spring City tell us we did not have a site last minute. Close to US40 and Buc-cees. Bathrooms are clean and laundromat is really nice - 2 washer and 2 dryers and must book your 3 hour time and its FREE - Bonus :) Front office staff is super nice and can be contacted by text as well. Thank you, I do recommend.

We chose this location as a spur of the moment stop on our way east to get ahead of the incoming storms. Location was ideal, staff was incredible from the second I called to ask a question to the moment we arrived, they even messaged me on our travels checking on us to make sure they were there when we arrived. Once we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly lady who helped us get checked in and took us to our lot and made sure we got set up ok since it was after dark. The playground was nice so the kids could play while we set up the camper. Lot was nice, traffic noice from I-40 was noticeable but not an issue. This is a very nice place and would highly recommend anyone needing a stay to give them a visit.

There's a lot of good here but there's some bad too. The good, very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful bathrooms with showers, great looking covered patio with fireplace, pickle ball court, kids playground, fire rings, picnic tables, full hookups, laundry room and WiFi. The bad, WiFi didn't work the 2 days we were there, the laundry room has a sign up sheet that was already filled past the time we were there, the grass area of your lot really wasn't bid enough for the picnic table. The fence dog area was small. Dog walks around do not have a place to dispose of dog waste. The BIG thing, no trees on lots. RVs are like tin cans and heat up quickly and are hard to cool in direct sun. Your AC runs and runs.

First time in our new camper. Came here to make sure everything was good on the camper for the weekend. Gotta say, the people / workers there were super nice! I can’t express how nice the bathrooms and shower facilities were!!! It is a new facility and they are expanding. It was awesome! Yes, there are no trees yet, but it is new ! I’d definitely recommend this camp ground. Hopefully in the future they will have a pool! We loved it!
