We lived in a 3/2 trailer which had numerous problems from the beginning which were never fixed. The huge bath tub severely leaked under the tub traveling under the wall into our bedroom ruining an oak bedroom nightstand underneath. Also, the cold water faucet sprayed water every where, so we cut it off under the kitchen sink. We put in 4 work orders and every time the manager, Cheyanne, claimed she never received them which we hand delivered them to her. We even started taking pictures of the maintenance order. The response was that they sent maintenance, but no one was home which was not true. I was there EVERY SINGLE TIME they were scheduled to come. It was ridiculous, so we gave up because we could not get corporate office to answer the phone to complain. Also, when we moved in, we were told that maintenance would mow our trailer lot which they did for about a year then without notice they stopped mowing. We talked to the manager, so then maintenance only mowed part of the area. Left the walkway to the trailer and by the mailbox which began to grow knee high. We had nothing to cut it with, and we were told our rent included mowing. The more we complained, the less mowing was done while other trailers were mowed beautifully by maintenance. A new neighbor living in the same park asked me one day if I’d like him to mow my yard for a fee. I told him maintenance was suppose to do it. He informed me that when he moved into this mobile home park, the manager, Cheyanne, told him that they mow “only as a courtesy” to renters. There was so much more from roaches to mice when we moved in to loud music and parties in the park. When we reported the roaches and mice, the manager said we must of brought them with us which we did not. We were informed that we would have to pay for an exterminator ourselves which cost us $150. When my roommate was in a horrible motorcycle accident and could not work for 7 weeks, I paid what I could, but corporate would not work with us until my roommate’s disability insurance paid which would of more than paid up the balance. So we were evicted. We went to court and explained everything to the judge. The judge gave us 4 days to completely be out of the trailer, or be locked out and all possessions seized. Notice of eviction was not given 30 days prior as the law, but the judge did not want to hear it. It was very hard to get anyone to help us move without paying them which we could not afford. My roommate and I are in our 60’s and not in the best health. I have Lupus and my roommate was recovering from 3 broken ribs, fractured collar bone, and punctured lung from the motorcycle accident. So we packed what we could and had to leave a lot of our clothes, shoes, furniture, family keepsakes, kitchen dishes, pots and pans, silverware, linens, towels, TV, 150 collectible 80’s. record albums, china, ect….. We had our neighbors moving out same day we were and luckily the college daughter graciously helped us with what she could on the move. The college student and I kept in touch and the college student told me that her mother was ALLOWED by park maintenance back into their evicted trailer 4 days after they moved to collect some items they left behind. This was just recent, so I spoke to a lawyer and he advised me (free) to speak to the park manager and request the same consideration be given us. I asked the lawyer if they refused to let us into the trailer to get the rest of our things, could we file a discrimination lawsuit? The lawyer said only if our neighbors were a different race then us. They just happen to be African Americans. So stay tuned as of tomorrow 6/8/25, I will be talking to trailer management. I feel bad for the maintenance person, they do a lot because these homes are shitty. Sure they appear nice, but have so many issues. The trailer I live in was literally brand new and shipped here. And has had so many issues since day one. Currently can't get anyone to fix our A/C. We can hardly ever get anyone on the phone. And the customer relations extension of their phone system is useless. I have spoken to so many people from that line and nothing ever gets done. Please look elsewhere or buy your home if you can.

The property looks pleasant and maintenance was mowing the grass when we stopped by. Cheyenne gave us our address so we could start setting up utilities. This is where it all starts. The address she gave us no one could find the address. I email Cheyenne about the situation and called her. It took seven days for her to respond and for both myself and my husband to stop by only to find out she had given us the incorrect address. Cheyenne started that she had called The water/trashcompany and fixed the address but we still don't have a trash can and it's Labor day weekend! The day I came by to drop off money order for what we discussed is when the disaster started. Cheyenne asked me if e had signed our lease? Me looking confused thinking we were going to that today, that's why I had a money order. She informed me that it was supposed to be emailed by the corporate office. Which is was not! Fine, we got that out of the way. The hard part of that is my husband is not tech savvy so I'm trying to explain to him step by step how to do this while he's at work. Then Cheyenne asked me why I made the money order for that amount. I told her that's the email you sent us. She then informs me that was a mistake and I can't have keys until I bring her $62.97 more. Now granted this wouldn't be such a big deal, but I've already drove all over the place. I'm hung to school part time, I work full time, helping my boys though school, helping my mom with my dad who had dementia and my husband who had had 2 heart attacks. So my plate is full. This just added to the stress. I go get the money and come back and she had home to lunch. She also informed me that she would have another key made for my husband. We don't work the same shift. He's morning and I'm night. I come back later in the day to get the keys and to make sure Cheyenne received the money order. There was no extra key made. So more money and time spent the day before we are supposed to move in. I go to our home and it hadn't been clean like she stated it would. There were still ants all around the house and she stated that she would have maintenance take care of it before we moved in. So I've been out a lot of time and extra money that I didn't plan for because of so many mistakes.I do like the location and the people I've met on the property seem to be nice. I will write a follow up email in a couple of months to see if things improve or even if anyone reaches out to me.
