Angela is a great property manager makes the process easy-going very on top of everything. The community is super nice. They have put out some new manufactured properties. I personally myself appreciate the park for the kids as well as the pool. Some of the reviews are very false from tenants or from the property managers before I understand how they feel like that or that they have not kept up with their stuff but hey, I Appreciate a good property manager, and she is one for sure.

It wasn’t so much the property manager or maintenance. It was my neighbors that were the problem I used to live on Elm and there was this house on who would allow her kids to roam the streets at all hours of the night, and they would come on my property and steal all of my stuff and then she would just play off as it never happened her kids were always supervise her kids were NEVER EVER supervised and always cause problems. There was always an issue with this family and nothing was ever done unfortunately as much as I love my home, and I love the Pines I had to move because I can no longer deal with the family that lived on Elm It broke my heart, because I absolutely love my trailer, but I didn’t like the feeling of my stuff being stolen and I didn’t like the fact that this woman gets away with everything despite multiple people other than myself complaining about it still nothing has been done to this day so if you live on Elm, be careful because she is known to have excuses like I’m in the shower or I wasn’t paying attention. It was a reoccurring thing from the time they moved in until the time I left and it seems like it still happening. Make sure you have cameras because the kids like to go around other peoples porches causing a ruckus, making them feel bad for them or just stealing their stuff because there is, no discipline, no action taken, and the fact that I had to move from the home I loved from a community I love because they were too much of a problem sickens me.

I have been living at The Pines with my husband, dog and cats for a year now. The rent is very fair. The property manager, Sean, is FAIR and kind. He is always quick to respond when we have an issue. (We haven't had many, but the ones we've had are normal issues that ALL home owners or renters run into, like an ant problem that was quickly remedied and the HVAC blowing under the floors, also quickly remedied, and a leaky pipe in the main bathroom wall, fixed immediately upon being reported). He takes seriously the state of this community and I've seen first hand that he cares who these homes are rented to (nice families, military personnel, couples with pets). Yes, the pool is out of order. They have been working on it all season which is easily clear to see and witness. They have plans to open it next season and it looks like it's going to be really nice! I have high hopes! The playground is sometimes littered with trash, but that's something the kids and families utilizing it should be keeping up with. Don't litter and we won't have litter problems! There ARE a lot of stray cats here, which makes me sad, and I do wish that would be handled, but it's difficult to get control of stray cat problems. Many of them seem to live under the unoccupied (old) trailer next door to me. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a curfew for minors and families here really seem to enforce it themselves, which is the best way to have rules enforced. Trash is always collected on time. Most people keep very tidy yards and porches (we all have really nice front decks on our brand new homes, too)! You are allowed to add storage sheds to your rental lots which we plan to do this coming spring. Many tenants here do nice landscaping/make flower beds, put up festive decorations and lights for all of the holidays and more. Kids ride their bikes up and down the streets here because, again, it's safe. I walk my dog alone every single night after dark with absolutely no worries. The roads are well lit by street lights, too! Most importantly, all of my neighbors are kind. If someone is playing music in their backyard and you ask them to turn it down, they politely turn it down and tell you to let them know if it's ever a problem again. Everyone waves and/or says hello when you drive by or walk past their house with your dog. People obey the 10MPH speed limit within the neighborhood almost always. All in all I have no plans for moving out of The Pines any time soon. They have put in 100+ brand new homes just like ours (we're the first to ever occupy ours) this summer and new, NICE neighbors are moving in all the time. It's an exiting time to live at The Pines! Edit: summer number two — the pool opened this summer!!! Sean and management threw a big opening BBQ and fed the neighborhood! The pool is really nice. Loving it! Edit 2: I am a new wheelchair user, and Sean made sure that a beautiful wheelchair ramp was built onto our deck, so I can get up and down easily. I am very grateful. We have been here going on two years now, and we are still very happy.

I’ve been here for almost a year and I am constantly getting notices on my door that don’t coincide with the terms of lease. I went back and forth last summer about my Air conditioner and this year I just bit the bullet and bought a Window unit so I’m out of that money.. as a single mom shouldn’t have to worry about falling through my floor or being evicted just because I’m not willing to pay the rent in a new trailer..

Great experience so far! The property manager is extremely professional and down to earth. Things have been majorly cleaned up over the years. He helped us find a new mobile home towards the front so our daughter could walk to bus stop and we are very excited . He will also work with you if it’s reasonable with credit and getting things moved in. The new mobile homes are beautiful and affordable.
