Was moving from central u.s, website and rates seemed tolerable. Pulled up to get a see a lot and put it in stone so I can go get my rv financed and was turned away. I would have a new rv, under 38ft btw, everything was in order .....except the park of course. Ironically the only lot available was one COMPLETELY OUT OF BUDGET! They lied on the craigslist add! BE AWARE!

Unresponsive, lot rental is almost the same as 1 bedroom apartment. So the question is why would any sucker pay almost $1k a month just for dirt? For the price there are much better and cheaper options. Check out their Craigslist post it pretty much spams other options out. We all know Craigslist is number scam platform so be aware.

Very disappointed. Had scheduled a seeing and was told needed to reschedule due to rain when it wasn't even raining was already halfway there. Second seeing we sat outside waiting for over a hour no one showed up. Was told later in the evening manager was "sick". Scheduled another seeing and was told the lot we wanted was no longer available looked at 2 other lots was told someone else was wanting the lot we picked (why even show it then). Never communicated weather or not they took it was offered another lot potentially in April still haven't heard a word. Very disappointing Very disorganized. Was told by multiple residents that the cops are there frequently even on the second visit while waiting 2 sherrifs were on the property looking for someone. The lawn care person Kim took us to see the lot we were looking to rent and the next door tenets were smoking meth right on there driveway. Guess it was a blessing in disguise. Lost out on some really good tenets who are clean respectable people who pay there rent and bills on time if not early. And huge social media influencers. Wouldn't waste your time they clearly like low lifes living in the park.

The management is very helpful, gladly explained all my questions and concerns. Sounds like a very ideal place to put my RV. He explained the different rv lot options ranges in sizes and amenities. The place sounds very kids and family friendly

There were a lot of miscommunications and over 5,000 people living in the park. Police are there very regularly. We were warned by several residents not to book a stay there.
