Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals

For Texans considering an RV park in the Stockdale area, Quail Ridge RV Park presents itself as a potential option due to its location and advertised features. The park aims to blend the appeal of country living with relatively easy access to major Texas cities like San Antonio and Seguin. For locals seeking a quieter, more rural setting for their RV stay, away from the immediate hustle of large metropolitan areas, the park's location could be appealing. It positions itself as a place where one can enjoy nature while still being within reasonable driving distance of urban amenities, shopping, and entertainment.

The provision of both RV parking and one-bedroom trailer rentals offers flexibility for Texans with varying accommodation needs. Additionally, the list of amenities, including full hookups, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and showers, caters to essential living requirements for both short and long-term stays. The advertised pet-friendly policy, complete with dog parks, is also a significant draw for the many Texans who travel with their furry companions. The mention of community activities, even if seasonal, suggests an attempt to foster a welcoming environment for residents.

However, it is crucial for locals to be aware of the detailed customer feedback provided, which highlights significant concerns regarding cleanliness of common areas, responsiveness of management, and overall guest experience. While the advertised features sound appealing, the stark contrast between these descriptions and the recent customer reviews underscores the importance of thorough personal investigation. Texans considering this park should prioritize direct communication with the management, and if possible, arrange a visit to assess the current condition of the facilities and the overall atmosphere before committing to a stay, especially for long durations. This proactive approach will help ensure that their experience aligns with their expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable RV stay in Texas.

Websites a lie. Office is never clean. Cockroaches and dead bugs all over the floor. Manager refuses to take any issues serious and lies and steals from people. Owners won’t do anything about it and let manager bully people and tell you “ she’s a good person” good people don’t lie, steal, and be pathetic. Good people do there job and return things.

Front desk woman messages very early, doesn't reply back, and rude af. The office bathrooms are only ever cleaned maybe once a month, the same crap covered toilet paper has been piling up for weeks on weeks. Theres been no toilet paper or paper towels for three months, theres cockroaches in the bathroom. Its disgusting. She messaged me early this morning to tell me i needed to pick up my money order, i filled it out incorrectly,so i paused my day, drove 30 miles back to town with a new money order and now she wont reply back and ive been messaging. She will walk around your rv in the middle of the night with a flashlight and wake you up to tell you what isn't allowed. She refused to go to the office for over a week to give me my mail, even after i told her i had important documents i needed, and missed my meeting and had to pay a fine. Shes rude to everyone, including my guests. That is unless you're one of her close "friends". My girlfriend was staying with me weekends and was planning on moving her rv here as well but with how rude this woman has been, and all the problems shes seen me deal with, she decided not to, and im moving to her park instead. Good riddance, shes really nosey too. Its been over 4 hours ive been waiting for a reply, my money is now completely tied up in these money orders and i need to leave town for an appointment, which i told her. If you have any sanity, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Office manager is very rude and DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY. Paper towels have been out for 3 months in the office and toilet paper. And the restrooms are never cleaned. On at least 3 occasions she has taken personal items. The owners do not take anything seriously and take her side refusing to look into the issues. Poor , poor experience. You are better off renting elsewhere.

The woman for the front office is awful. She's rarely in office, rude, doesn't respond to phone calls, and completely inconsiderate of what others have going on during the day. I don't recommend this place. There's another place or two in town, call there instead. Oh, also, mail, you get it on her time table, so if there's anything important, get a PO box, bc it can be a week before she will give you your mail.
