No one will answer calls or emails. No one available during office hours or will even show up for your appointment. Big waste of time or energy to try to even talk to someone.

It's okay to live depending on your neighbors. Cars, ATV, scooters are annoying. Park owners do not haul away trash fast enough.

Before the new management took over maintenance didn't fix my repairs. My A.C. was burned out with me and my infant son in the home at the time. It was 90 degrees in the home and toilet ran constantly it ran my water bill up to $600.00 because nobody didn't fix repairs. But when I got a lawyer and sued that's when the old management wanted sell the property. It was a lot of fraud going on back then. And crime was terrible in the area and breakins.

Worst place to live full of crooks an criminals New owner did lots of much needed repairs to the roads. But 300.00 a month is way to much. No street lights. One guy owns lot's of the homes and he loves section 8. Because they paid higher rents than other people can afford to pay. I wouldn't give it one star to many crazy lease rules . Just read the lease you'll run away
