We sold our home in May of this year, bought a RV and needed someplace to put it. I found this RV park while driving for O'REILLY's. Taked to Mgr Christy and got a spot the same day. The park is very well maintained by Kenny. We have gotten lots of help from both of our Mgrs and my wife and I are very pleased the way we are treated around this clean and quiet setting.

If I could give negative stars I would. I lived here 2 years and paid 1,000 to live in a dirty field dressed up as a campground. The roads are so washed out my shocks and steering column are messed up in my car. I had a bulldog there that was approved by the owner and a swing set for my daughter that was also approved. We didn't know either was a problem until the new owner Paul Larson told us they were both such a problem we needed to move because of them. My dog is an ESA and federally protected and the swing set was bought for my daughter because the broken down swing set they had advertised as a kid play area was demolished. Just beware of who you're supporting when you give this place your money. This is big people stomping on little people to make money. He offered us help then never heard from him again. When I was getting emotional because I was scared and unsure about what my family and I were going to do he had the nerve to say if you want to make this ugly we can get ugly...while I'm holding my 4 yo daughter. Claims to care about kids...I don't know how you sleep at night Paul? And I'm curious what your kids are learning from you? I'm sure they feel money equals happiness. That money rules the world. But honestly it's a blessing in disguise because we deserve better than that mud pit place and you pushed us to make a move we've been wanting to do for a year. As far as a review take your money anywhere but here

I would give zero stars ! 1100 dollars for what ? First off new owner Paul Larson from Alabama kicked out black special needs brother and sister because rv wasn't " nice enough " ... Yeah whatever ! He kicked out elderly people and single mothers with children .. he was extremely verbally abusive to women in the park also. This place has nothing! It's a mud pit and floods even with a small rain storm!! Many better places to stay for less money ... Don't waste your time or money here. Oh and if you don't have a super expensive RV then don't try to come here as they will turn you away

This park offers nothing lived there for many years paid $1000 a month for nothing wifi never worked roads are dirt and it floods even with the littlest of rain, the power constantly goes out the showers are falling apart, cars shocks get messed up. The new owner Paul took over and didn't like the older RVs and had the manager throw people out. Everyone who lived there are working class people who live paycheck to paycheck but had to spend every dime they had to find a new place to live within a week some of the RVs couldn't be moved or people couldn't afford to move them so the owner of the park Paul Lawson will have the RVs moved bill the owners of the RV and charge them $65 a day in storage fees. The new owner talked down to women like they are garbage and made it be known that it is his park and he has money.
