As a members-only campground associated with Outdoor Adventures, Saginaw Bay Resort's "promotions" primarily revolve around membership benefits and access to the resort's extensive amenities. While specific short-term public discounts for non-members might be limited, the overarching "offer" is the value of membership itself. However, based on the nature of such resorts, potential ways to experience or gain access to offers might include:
- Membership Programs: The core promotion is typically the opportunity to become a member of Outdoor Adventures, which grants access to Saginaw Bay Resort and often other affiliated resorts. They often have different tiers or types of memberships that might align with varying needs and budgets.
- "Free Weekend Promotion" with Tour: Public information suggests a "Free Weekend promotion" for non-members who book a reservation far enough in advance to also schedule a tour of the resort. This is a common strategy for membership-based resorts to showcase their facilities.
- Annual Fees & Benefits: Members pay annual fees, but in return, they receive access to a wide array of amenities and activities, which can be seen as a significant value proposition compared to paying per-night rates at comparable resorts.
- Referral Programs: Existing members might receive incentives for referring new members to the Outdoor Adventures network.
- Seasonal/Off-Peak Member Benefits: While not a public "promotion," members might enjoy greater availability or potentially specific member-only events during off-peak seasons.
For Michigan residents interested in exploring Saginaw Bay Resort, the best approach for understanding "promotions or special offers" is to contact Outdoor Adventures directly. They can provide detailed information on membership options, current incentives for new members, and how to participate in any introductory tours or special weekend offers that allow non-members to experience the resort firsthand.

While it operates on a members-only basis, this model creates a dedicated community where families return year after year, fostering a sense of familiarity and belonging that many Michiganders cherish in their vacation spots.

Don't like that fact I need a membership that cost over 17,000$ for me to have 2 weeks n then leave for 7 days to come back again.
It was a nicer place a few years ago. The pond just like Mt pleasant's is dirty and not taken care of. That is one main reason we bought into it 15 years ago now I would be more picky. The bacteria from geese and people can't be good
We stayed for a week, the lot we wanted was booked which is fine however we noticed they left for four days straight and then came back for the weekend, I told Michelle the manager about it and she agreed that it wasn't right for them to do that, however she never tagged them or spoke to them about it because I noticed they were friends with each other because they stayed the weekend and of course left again come Sunday, its like as long as your friends with the manager its rules for thee and not for me,totally unacceptable
