We’ve been here going on 3 months and very happy. Still under construction but going fast. Laundry room almost completed and can’t wait. Totally year round and they encourage wintering your camper with underpinnings . Great owners! Very accommodating. Not much grass for pets but I think next year it will grow back and be just right. Reasonable rates as well. The best I’ve found so far. I highly recommend. Especially next year. Should be in full swing then.

Needed a place in Tennessee for a month and Southern Comfort (I think they just changed their name) worked out really great. There aren't many RV parks I've been to where you can walk a few hundred yards and see kangaroos so that was pretty cool. The laundry was really great, super easy to use. Manager there was nice. Thank you for a great stay!

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The lots ate big. Lots of attractions and parks that are close to the area. Only reason we left was the distance from work. Although near the freeway it wasnt that noisy at all. Will definitely stay there again if i need to be near the area. Laundry was still in construction when we left.

This is a brand new hidden gem in the area! The new management was more than accommodating and makes us feel right at home. The laundromat is top notch with many more amenities on the way. Community BBQ’s every Saturday on the park!

Owners are super friendly, very accommodating, convenient location off the interstate, nice level large spaces ( plenty of room for two cars and an outdoor sitting area) still under construction, but minimal noise. When it is finished being built, I’m sure it’ll be one of the nicest in the Horse Cave and surrounding areas.
