Very unprofessional! They made an appt for Friday for us to see a mobil home for sale. They called Friday morning to cancel that appt , made a new appt for Monday. They just called to cancel that one! The person who was very interested drove 185 miles just to see that mobil home!!! Very disappointed in this park & management. Would advise to steer clear of this place :(
Drove through the other day, well maintained park with nice homes. It’s very clean aswell and a nice drive.
It's OK, they are starting to clean out all the old trailers and trying to make it look better
COCKROACHES! Road is full of potholes. Shabby lots that aren't picked up. Many lots don't keep up on mowing either. Lot rent has increased alot since new ownership and another increase planned. Not worth the almost $400 monthly lot rent.
