The Park is affordable, peaceful and friendly as well as being ideally located. I have lived in the park for 4 years. It was a bit rundown and old when we moved in, however it was what we could afford. It went from bad to worse for a while, though it is improving now. I rarely write reviews however this newest manager has done so much to improve the park that I think she deserves recognition by name Crystal Santiago is the best thing to happen to this park since we moved in back in 2020. Strict but fair, she is personable and professional.

Lived here for almost 3 yrs. Steadily gone from ok to worse. I dryer out of 3 working. 2 washers out of 3 working..debris branches trash debris from electric work done is laying out by clothesline to trip on. Branches by big hopper in front piled up...empty hopper.laundry room is filthy..road is pocked full of holes..not safe for seniors have gone through 1 mgr a yr. I stay here because I am on disability...don't have much income I feel they know most people don't have much ..so they damn sure don't seem to care about the place just because we don't have a lot of money .doesn't mean we want to live like pigs. I have had family members living in this park for years! Located right outside the busy parts of Ocala, making travel time to necessary shopping quick and easy. Neighbors are friendly and eager to help my ailing family member since she lives alone. Trailers are older but rent is affordable.

We have lost the best manager (Jaime)this park has ever seen. The new one that was brought in is not experienced/knowledgeable enough to run anything. Not really sure what the owner was thinking. I have sold my place and moved away, it looks like it's run by slum Lords. God help the rest of the tenants.
