Great place to live. Very affordable and friendly community. Pool is closed often due to people not respecting community property and damaging things but Tiffany and her crew are always on top of it and fixing things as soon as they are aware of any issue. Ignore the bad reviews I have been here with my family for almost 6 years and almost every one of those people never lived here and never owned homes here.
Jun 13, 2025 · JoeL LynchI lived there for over three years. The price is fine. One cannot find a place with that lot rent. Tiffany and Jim were a blessing to me. I bought the place site unseen from Pennsylvania. Ms. Tiffany and Mr. Jim were always honest with me. When my health got bad after being retired, yet still working, they stood by me. Inflation is at an all time high. The company has to adjust the costs to function as well. The company has staff that needs raises and such as well. I was a police O.I.C. in 1994 and 28 years in the fire department in PA. It is simple, follow the rules and you have no issues. Tiffany and Jim are kind and compassionate people. I only left because I bought property and am working on the property. I had hoped to have never had to move again. The choice was NOT easy for me to leave CTV. I had amazing neighbors, wonderful people, and a community that is friendly with very low crime. I highly recommend the park, regardless if a landing pad on to bigger things or a permanent place to live. Be blessed Tiffany and Jim.

But now to charge a fee to use your banking account number to pay your lot rent I think is ridiculous. Because it benefits you more not having to have all those checks that you gotta cash and worry about being lost and stuff. So I will not be using the app no more I guess we'll be dropping off a check which I think is ridiculous. And I'm speaking as a former business owner I would have much rather had an app than have to deal with checks all the time and I would not have charged my customers for using it.
Jul 12, 2023 · Dan AHave lived here almost 18 years. It is a good place to live. Park is well maintained. Lot rent is reasonable. Usually there are homes for rent....I don't keep up with that. Neighbors are mostly good and friendly like any other neighborhood.
