Suburban woods 2024 Holiday gift give away!!! First year working with Toys for tots and St. Matthews to receive gifts for the community.

The community is not only very run-down but is stuck between a myriad of warehouses and construction projects that take the “woods” out of Suburban Woods. The owners only care about increasing their bottom line as they increase the rent but never fulfill repair orders or invest into the community. The neighborhood can be incredibly sketchy to traverse through, especially at night. The inhabitants can also be very rowdy. I’ve had neighbors play loud music well into 3 am, and the walls are paper thin so it can be a hassle to sleep at night. Keep in mind that the owners employ RUBS to pay the water bill, so it doesn’t matter how much you use in water every month, they’ll charge you a flat rate. In practice this means you’re being charged over $100 every month in water and sewer. They used to charge every residence the water that they used until they decided to change the water meter. It seems there was an issue with the new ones and have been using RUBS since then. Almost 4 years later and they still haven’t solved the issue? If this doesn’t show you how much Vineyard Management Group cares about the community after buying it, then I don’t know what else to say. If you own a pet, be prepared to pay fees to keep said pet even if you own the trailer itself! Even if you don’t have pets because you’re allergic, then I have good news for you: the neighborhood is filled to the brim with stray cats. As a good rule of thumb, never buy a mobile home, as you’re merely going to be a captive, paying ever increasing rent at the whims of the owners. Do yourself a favor and avoid this neighborhood.

The COMMUNITY as a whole is very up a coming. I’ve seen a lot of changes that may upset some residents because of change. I love that the company has invested back into the park. They have down several trees and paved the streets and fix several underground plumbing problems that was occurring and new driveways to residents. Ms Kassandra Valdovinos has made a 360 turnaround for the entire community not only do she care about the property she truly loves and care for the PEOPLE!!! We are very proud to have her as our PROPERTY MANAGER!!!🖤💯

This is the worst place that you ever want to rent. They charged you for everything without any explanation and the management just written down previous balance. What that mean by previous balance. Day light robbery. The previous management is way better than this Spanish lady and she abusing her power. So 😭 and this management love money. They will charge you for every single thing. Just fine and fine and fine and lie and split the fine . Disgusting and make you sick. Not everyone lives here are rich people. I will give them a negative review. 😭
