I had trouble getting approved because the regional manager couldn't properly calculate my income with section 8. And the after I moved into a home they neglect to send documents causing my rent payment to triple because the housing authority won't accept their 2 separate leases. So now I'm potentially without a place to live yet they claim to take section 8

The neighbors are horrible and call the cops on you for anything and everything. The management has no idea what's going on. Our back door has been busted out for 5 months now and they refuse to fix it until spring. It's spring now with 70 degree weather. The lady in 28 has 3 cats outside and they just keep getting on our cars and scratching the paint. Worst place I have ever lived
