Moved in Nov 2021. Process was a bit lengthy, but very happy they do a thorough background check. I am not very social, but neighbors seem very nice and everyone takes pride in the ownership of their homes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to settle down, check them out. I am pretty happy.
Very poor management. Overpriced, old trailers with many problems. Ridiculously high lot rent for such a low maintained “community”. Owner only cares about money and not the well being of residents. Find a nicer park where management can actually be contacted and are in office Monday-Friday. Which this park does NOT offer. If i could give 0 stars I would.
Don't buy from this place I bought and paid off a mobile home 2 years ago and put new flooring down built a 3rd bedroom on and fixed it up once it was paid off I fought for months to get title and refused to pay lot rent until I got title still didn't get title so took a loss and moved out now they send almost $3000 to collections which I'm now disputing they are scamming people

I wanted to buy a trailer there but couldn't even apply cause they do pet application first which is dumb all the stuff on there but won't allow pets over 35 lbs in the park my dog is overly friendly but u get scales out and discriminate against him thats ok I guess cause I would rather live on the streets with my boy than to remove him to live there t
