Sunnydale Mobile Home Park About
For many individuals and families in Missouri seeking an affordable and community-oriented housing solution, mobile home parks often present a viable option. Sunnydale Mobile Home Park in St. Charles, MO, is one such community that provides residential lots for mobile homes, allowing residents to establish a home within a structured environment. This type of living can offer a different pathway to homeownership or long-term residency, potentially at a more accessible price point compared to traditional real estate in the area.
When considering any mobile home park, it is essential for prospective residents to gather comprehensive information and engage directly with the park management. While mobile home communities can foster a sense of belonging and provide specific amenities, it's also important to be aware of the operational aspects and policies. Feedback from residents, as seen in available reviews, can sometimes highlight areas of concern such as communication with management, utility billing, or adjustments to lot rent. For example, one review mentions, "The management here is extremely rude (mary). Now she sends her workers to cut grass that doesn't need it and wants to charge 75.00." Another states, "I recently moved here, and the amount of letters you get is insane. I own my trailer and barely have a yard, was here not even a month before the raised the lot rent, just because they could. The lots posted online are more that wat is listed. Was listed for 400, was told 425, and now I pay 460. (They raise rent again and now it is $495 I have been year in a couple month.)"
This type of feedback underscores the critical importance of clarifying all terms, including initial and potential future lot rent, utility charges, and maintenance policies, before making any commitment. Direct communication with the park management at Sunnydale Mobile Home Park is crucial to obtain the most accurate and current information. It is also advisable to request a written copy of all rules, regulations, and the lease agreement for thorough review. Despite potential concerns, the park does offer a notable amenity: a swimming pool, which can be a significant draw for residents, especially during warmer months. As one reviewer mentioned, "It is quite over all and the pool is nice when you don't have central ac." This suggests that even with challenges, there are appealing features for residents seeking a comfortable and affordable living situation in St. Charles, Missouri.

The management here is extremely rude (mary). Now she sends her workers to cut grass that doesn't need it and wants to charge 75.00. I wish she would take me to court!! The water bill is ridiculous $335.39 for 3 months. She thinks that by bullying people she will continue to get her way. If you want to be harassed this is the place for you!
I recently moved here, and the amount of letters you get is insane. I own my trailer and barely have a yard, was here not even a month before the raised the lot rent, just because they could. The lots posted online are more that wat is listed. Was listed for 400, was told 425, and now I pay 460. (They raise rent again and now it is $495 I have been year in a couple month.) I hope you have a good chunk saved before considering moving here. Between the demands asked of you and the dead lines given its going to cost a pretty penny. It is quite over all and the pool is nice when you don't have central ac but that's pretty much it.
Parents do not leave your children out of your sight, the maintenance man Joe has extreme anger issues . Mary the landlord told a resident, no more Latinos.
Omg I called to ask a question about the mobile homes spoke with the lady name Lisa she was rude from the time she picked up the phone. She hung up in my face before I can ask her anything. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe it still racist people out here she is one of them. I went to the office, they open back up at 1 o’clock. I was there at 12:58. She looked at me out the door and said we’re not open. What is two minutes OMG I will never buy a home that little bitty subdivision. I was asking her about this Pacific location
The park is nice, clean and safe. The neighbors are friendly. That's the only reason its even getting 2 stars. If you want to get extremely micromanaged, then this is the park for you! The property manager gets to dictate what you do to you house, keep outside your house and what you put and keep on your porch. You can have something outside your home for 1+ years then out of nowhere you'll get a letter saying to get rid of it or remove it. You will 100% get at least 1-2 letters a month. I've gotten 17+ letters in just this year alone. I keep every single letter. Your house can be clean and nice, and your neighbors look like a hoarding situation, but you'll get the letter/ citation. There's alot of, this house gets away with things but you can't. The maintenance guy will absolutely go through your yard and circle your house all the time coming up with crazy thing's to report to property manager. There is no privacy or sense of self here. If you don't comply you get threatened with eviction. My biggest advice is get cameras so when you get falsely accused of stuff you have evidence. Also, both the manager and maintenance guy just circle the neighborhood looking in everyone's yards and around your house just to find something to complain about. It's asinine and CREEPY. So if this sounds good to you, then welcome!
