absolutly TERRIBLE! first off when i got the place they didnt give me any prorate. i paid full after almost 2weeks into the month. THEN when i sold the property they ROLLED OVER my deposit to the new person (which i never told them to do) then told me to get it from them and after an absolute fit they said they would pay me and my deposit was $410 and they sent me $103 and told me they used the rest to pay the NEW OWNERS RENT THEY PRORATED! also they took a little over 2 weeks to accept the new owners app for the place. the owners are a joke and a bunch of thieves

Terrible neighbors so far in your business they practically live with you. They have no problem changing rent mid contract. The legality of anything this place does is laughable. They are Hocking off roach motels with missing floors.

Park manager harasses the Hispanics that live there demanding proof of car registrations even though they have up to date license plates, tells them they can not park where they’ve parked for years without an issue, demanding unprofessional things it’s ridiculous and then refuses to give the contact info of the park owners stating she is the law in this park and she can make our lives hell, mueggee manor my advice is to Double check who you have managing your park

The owner has memory issues and a bad owner. You can't run a business if you have memory issues! And the trailer I moved into was infested with roaches and head lice. This is a horrible place to live. And you can't even pull into the park most of the time because people fly up and down muegge or you get hit trying to turn in.

This is a very small mobile home park. Theres a bunch of trailers in a small area. I had a friend that lives thsre and it was kind of brutal experience. The neighbor would get in her car and record everyone coming and going. That escslated to false accusations. The previos tenant was a drug dealer so she assumed he was. So i wohldnt want to live there.
