Bought a mobile home, love it but..didn't have a walk thru when I purchased it, moved in a week ago..can't use my dryer bc outlet is fried, called got answering system will be over a week til rehabbers can look at it. This is something that should've been checked out before it was sold. On a positive note, it's a nice peaceful place, and I do love my home!
Nov 19, 2024 · Bobbie PerezNot the best place to buy a home that you plan on sti in till the day you die. Because the manager Kristen has her favorite person in there. The trotters kids get away with bloody murder. Well doing things that get blamed on your kids. This isn't the place to live if you have kids that will go out and socialize because they will get blamed for. Stuff they didn't do .
Mar 07, 2024 · Lucy DuvallI have here lived since 2012. We work hard, pay our rent and house payment on time and keep our home and yard nice. We've have been through some rough management. The past manager before the new one this time (before July/August 2019) was awful. We are talking, harassment. She was so rude, even to good tenants. The current one seems to be very professional and fair. However, the roads need fixed bad. They raise lot rent every year, but no improvements are made and this irritates me. The drainage in my area is awful, then you have notes telling you to mow your lawn when you have 2 feet of water standing in your backyard, this is not ok. The trees need cut and shouldn't be our responsibility. People get animals such as cats, don't fix them and then they multiply, are left to die outside. This is not ok. Complaint management is a nightmare. Getting anyone to call you back is a nightmare, especially when you hardly call to begin with... No voice mail lately. We stay to ourselves and love our elderly neighbors, but much needs to be addressed. Just because its a mobile home park, doesn't mean it can't be a nice place to call home. I am still holding out hope!! Also, with all that park space, add a fenced in dog park for the community!!
Aug 05, 2022 · Hailey LeonardPoor management she's never in her office when Rent do. she wants to put notes on people's doors for rent being late give them a late fee when she's not in the office to give it to her nobody wants to put their money orders in a drop box where everybody else can get to him. They have their favorites at that community
Apr 11, 2021 · DiannaIf you wanna feel like ur owned and can't do anything this is the place to live! We have lived here for 6 months and haven't had nothing but harrassment from the manager you try to talk to her and she tells you to get out of her office. She refuses to talk to you about anything nice people til they get u locked in then turn into the worst people and very rude. Follow community guidelines they say but the real reason is she has nothing better to do then harrass my kids and tell me that they are monsters n none of the neighbors like them
