Very rude! Told me that my problems isn’t her problem and that I could move the trailer I was planning on buy, off their trailer park and live somewhere else. This was after leaving 8+ voicemails for her to call me back over a couple of business days. They have no communication with each other as far as management to the person who approves the applications. Heard that they just took over the park. Good luck to them if they treat people like this! You never know what people are going through. There are ways to go about things professionally and Rachel definitely needs new training!
What a joke. Truer to get in with and someone else, can't get in but people know people and they were able to get. Will off to the next 1 to see what happens. I would loved it but to stricked for my taste. And the park manage even said that the person I was moving in with was staying there at the trailer which he was not he was by me spending with me. Really dude get your facts straight before accusing someone.
This is the nicest looking Mobile Home park in Manitowoc. I stopped at someone that was outside and got info on the park and they were very cargile to help me.Therr were some lots that had no (MH) on them. That place was neat amd clean, well kept.
Live here for six year's already. But it was better a few year's ago. Now it's boring because Uncle and my Aunt passed away now. I guess it's okay because it's closer to my JOB !!!
I think they keep the park kept up , looking nice , I visit someone every now and then
