Nice place! I hope they never sell it for the 40 million its worth. I walked it the other night and was wondering what the distance was. Turned out to be about 3 miles. I did it twice for fun.
Park was not as described. After a 90 day stay the area looked the same when we left as it did when we arrived. Storm debris was there the entire time that we were. Clubhouse was filthy, chairs had no material left, only foam. The heater did not work in the pool the entire time we were down there. Very run down and outdated. We will be staying elsewhere next year.
The next place up from here is heaven. Beautiful homes, big lots, low rent, great maintain park, Friendly people, fun activities, and management team is fantastic
We rolled in on December 24th. Only place we could find at the last minute for short term rental. Wonderful staff. Great neighbors. Quite community. Cold pool, so so clubhouse, no bathhouse and laundry machines were substandard. Many homes were in disrepair but the grounds are tidy. Water pressure was a trickle (ugh). If I had to, I would do it again.
Great place to live near the city, but with a country feel. Very nice, friendly people. Extra large spaces between homes and well maintained.
