Hose bibs broken off so access to hook up water hose was in the ground. Had to reach a couple feet below ground level into plastic housing to connect water hose. In the morning the housing was half full of water. So when hose was removed the muddy water contaminated the inside of water hose along with the inside of hose bib. This is a health hazard. Had long term residents that were noisy and heard a couple small dogs barking from nearby campers. Only one washing machine works. On the bright side, the host and maintenance guy were very nice and welcoming.

It's a very compact space. They do have a laundry room, a shower and free wifi. No grass though which sucks. A plus though is they aren't prejudice to certain dog breeds like most campgrounds are.
