What a wonderful place! I've been here for a month now, it's so peaceful. The people are friendly. It's everything I imagined! I would recommend a getaway here! To anyone.
Sep 06, 2025 · Mike NearyWe went to Whispering Pines Camp Ground for an event. The place was meticulously maintained. And the upgrades that the new owner's have made bring it up to 5 stars for sure. Alot of drainage was put in so nobody gets swamped and the clubhouse was very inviting. I will revisit them when in the area for sure.
Jun 15, 2024 · Deanna MartinWonderful owners have added a lot of new areas to enjoy your camping experience, with new programs like bingo for the summer months. We highly recommend renting a spot for your summer getaway in Vermont. Area around the camp has so many things to do such as restaurants, museums, sweet little shops to shop in and even an ice cream shop. Grab a cone and walk along the beautiful Otter creek to watch the birds out throw a line for some local fishing.
Mar 05, 2024 · Donna LaMotte-BaxleyMy time there started out fine. Then I found out when it rained I had been set up in a GIANT mudpit with my 4 year old. She was not allowed to play without people complaining, went and bought bark collars for my dog's and was told if they didn't be quite i would have to get RID OF THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE staying at this place the owner tells you what you want to here to get you in there and then they makes up the rules as they go along. Not a good place at all.
Oct 06, 2022 · Margaret HallockIt is a campground that gets you off the road and provides water and electric. There are apparently only two sites for travelers situated in a grassy area. The rest are all a collection of rvs and trailers of permanent or seasonal folks. There is a laundry and bathrooms in a house on the property. There is no office, owner or manager on site. One of the ladies across from the two sites came over to confirm that the spots we assumed to be available were indeed those for short stays, which was very helpful. I guess I expected more for the price charged.
