Customer Reviews
1440 Dreamland is exactly as advertised, an absolute DREAM! 366 acres of breathtaking landscape, this place is truly one of a kind. Notable features of the property include caves, stocked ponds, and tons and tons of hiking trails and even trails for horseback riding and atv. I’ve never experienced absolutely anything close to this in all of the places I have traveled. Joe, the host, is also in himself one of a kind. He’s incredibly friendly, super helpful, and extremely resourceful. We sat down and had several conversations with him while we were here. My husband and I stayed in what is called the “dry cave” which is a large cave situated right next to a second smaller cave. It was the perfect place to pitch a tent, there’s a fire ring for fires, we even brought a small generator and setup a projector and used the cave walls to setup a screen. The ponds on the property are stocked with fish, there’s a catfish pond, a trophy bass pond, and a larger pond with multiple different kinds of fish. We had no trouble catching anything! There is also a HUGE house on the property for Airbnb, we didn’t stay but we did do a tour and it’s absolutely incredible. There’s even an indoor pool! If you’re not interested in camping I would definitely check this out. All in all, I would absolutely hands down recommend staying here if you’re making the trip to Arkansas this is the place to be. There’s not a campsite around here that even touches this place. Thanks for reading! Mayzi and Blake
