Apr 02, 2025 · Cindy BalderasSigning the lease and working with the girls in the office was the best part of living here. The neighborhood on the other hand is not something I would wish on anyone. The parking is public street parking and it’s first come first served. But god forbid you park in front of someone else’s house and they have to walk an extra 10 steps, they might come at you with pitchforks and torches. My car was blocked in by neighbors multiple and I had numerous threats of them calling a tow truck on me. The most they ever got was a verbal reprimand. Aside from the parking you have to watch out for the countless creeps living there. The parents in the area have no regard to watching their kids and let them run wild in street at all hours of the night blasting music, running through yards, playing games in the middle of the street and leaving their bikes and toys all over everyone’s yard You couldn’t pay me to live here again. Photos below have plates and addresses blocked off, but if you’re looking to live here this is just a taste of what you might get.

If you count the one seventy five I've paid for storage it's over a hundred grand. They lost my money order, I stopped payment on it and had the money refunded. Shit happens right. It cost me eighteen dollars to do that so naturally I gave them a new money order that was eighteen dollars less. Would you believe they now want that eighteen dollars back! I think we should start a food drive or something for these poor people cause they sure do need a lot. I don't really know what they do with all the money we give them but apparently after eight years and almost a hundred grand they can't afford a eighteen dollar loss for their own mistake.
