Stayed a couple nights passing through the state, mid October 2024. Nice, clean & mostly quiet park overall. Excellent customer service from every employee we encountered! Rick, the maintenance man went above & beyond 3 dif times, helping me with 3 dif situations. Thank you again Rick, we appreciate you! As others said, there are many long term tenants, some look rather sketchy so we didnt go far from our site. We stayed on the entry hillside, the drive thru sites are all set up for big rig style so the sewage hookup is towards the front of the site while the water & electric are at the rear, which doesnt workk well for smaller rv's. Also the sites are very small in width, we could hear the neighbors baby crying alot, from inside our RV, doors closed.. there is a really nice laundry house with 4 or 5 ea. Washers & dryers, table to sit at, box of games & puzzles to pass the time. The womens restroom/shower house was disgusting & very cold for the time of year, should have had heat on. I tried to attach pictures to show how dirty it was, but do not have an option to do so, will try again later. It did not appear to have been cleaned for months! Leaves on the floor all througout, dry hair clumps in the shower drains, grimy shower curtains, floors, walls, sinks & toilets were nasty! The stall style door that separates the shower area from the main bathroom, does not have a latch to keep it closed. So no actual privacy when getting dressed. There is a playgound behind the office but we did not check it out.

Very clean. But very small spaces 2 feet between our slide and the neighbors slide in lot 3. Main reason for low score is neighbor in lot 5 their dog is off leash and aggressive. Came under their camper to attack our dog and myself. Now can't wait to leave in the morning and don't ever plan on returning.

We were greeted warmly. Knowing we were going to arrive late, we were able to pay in advance, and we were given a great spot to allow us easy arrival and easy departure. Bathrooms were great lots to do!
