Customer Reviews
All around Aqualand is an easy going experience with owners that care. This campground went above and beyond our expectations when it came to needing a good place to stay on a shorter notice. We didn’t go into our stay expecting much because we are used to pretty basic campsites, but we were impressed by how friendly and accommodating the management was and how easy it was to have a great camping experience. When we needed something like matches, ice, firewood, etc they helped us out on a dime or showed us where to look! Bathrooms are well maintained and kept clean, location is great being almost central to everything, and the owners also had some really great information daily on local events happening.
I know you think you know what a permanent campground is, but this isn't like that. The sites here are beautiful, the campers are polite and considerate, and the owner loves his campground. Fantastic location.
Called to book a site on a Monday for Thursday of the same week. The friendly staff was able to get me in an opening on site 201. This site was quite large, large trees surrounding, 30A connection, and fire area with large rocks. The campground features a small playground, pool, fishing pods, walking paths, and an outdoorsy feel on all sites.
We had a seasonal site there for several years. A few years back the original owners son sold it to the current owners. They established all types of rules. The owners wife would interpret things within conversations and pass her assumptions on to her husband. He would come to our site and threaten to throw us out. He would not permit us to sell our trailer on the site because he thought it was too old. So we did what our neighbor did when they wanted to bail. We bought a cottage and took stuff out of the trailer that I wanted and gave the title to the campground owner.
One of my favorite campgrounds. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. The kids loved the trout pond. Very secluded private wooded sites
