Thought this was a perfect place to live. Moved into a brand spanking new Clayton Mobile Home and the septic was not hooked up, water heater didn’t work, cabinets were crooked, dish washer door hit side cabinet knob…this was just the beginning of a nightmare. Lot full of glass from tearing down a home and not cleaning it up. Been here for over 3 months and still picking up glass. The office people don’t care about residence and the lot rent has already gone up $30.00. This place is way over priced. Wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone!!!!
