Been here 2 weeks. will be here during the entire month. Very nice park. Very clean, good neighbors, quiet, and respectful folks. As stated, mostly adults, military, or retired military. Beautiful pier. Owner or manager was very accommodating. Very respectful. Even called me 2 days after I got here to check if we were good, if the site was OK for us, and if we needed anything. Never had that happen!! And the folks that work here in the park are outstanding!! Very nice to talk to, open to hearing any issues without judgement or complaining. From what I saw they checked each lot at least 1 time a day. Never a complaint or bad word from them or about them. Very helpful folks!!!

This park is so beautiful, we've decided to keep our camper here for the year. It's a quiet park with a beautiful view. The residents are friendly and it is the perfect place if you're looking to retire or you don't care for parks with all of the bells and whistles that can usually bring crowds and noise. The bathrooms are always super clean. The park provides the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still being close to shops. Rates are reasonable as well.

Good, clean and well run park that doesn't try to be fancy, but succeeds at being well located and a good value. Linda at the office was friendly. The long term residents were welcoming and very friendly. Very nice pier at the intra-coastal waterway frontage. Kayak launch was relatively easy here, though a bit "messy" from cut grass and tidal mud.
