Promotions or Special Offers

Burns RV Park, as a privately owned and operated business, sets its own rates and focuses on providing consistent value rather than frequently changing promotions. Based on customer reviews, the park is already considered "very economical," especially given the full 50 AMP hookups (water, sewer, electric) offered at each of its 16 sites. While specific, publicized "special offers" like seasonal discounts or loyalty programs are not typically highlighted in public information, the consistent affordability is a significant draw. The primary "promotion" is the excellent value for money received for a fully serviced RV site in a convenient location. Visitors are encouraged to contact Mr. Burns directly via phone to inquire about current rates and availability, as he is known for his friendly and accommodating nature. It is possible that for extended stays or repeat customers, some flexibility might be offered, but this would be at the owner's discretion and not part of a public promotional campaign.

Mr. Burns has a quaint plot of land with 16 spots. 50 AMP, Full H/U. He was super friendly and met us at the site when we pilled in around 5:30 p.m. We camped for 3 nights 12/25-12/28. No facilities (bath or laundry), wifi came up as locked, but I never reached out for a password to see if I could connect. Overall, this is a suitable place for a short stay or if you are self-sufficient.

Been coming to the area for years, but didn't know this was here... it is a nice little 16 site private campground with 50 amp, water and sewer hookups... we just needed a place to camp 4th of July 2021 so we could take in some local sights like Cass Railroad, Greenbank Observatory and the fireworks at Snowshoe Mtn. It doesn't have a bathhouse, but with full hookups, we're pretty self sufficient. Mr. Burns met us at the site at 9:30pm as we arrived and made sure we were ok and getting settled... very economical place for a last minute trip to the area to take in Gods creation!

Wonderful winter camping experience. Camped the week of Jan 18th. 2021 in our 24 ft. Keystone Premier. The only campground available for winter camping near Snowshoe. Mr. Burns the owner had everything ready when we arrived. Had full hookups available. Small campground and very quiet. Only two other campers. About 40 minutes from Snowshoe Village. The town of Marlington is quite quaint too.
