Have lived here for about 2 months and have had nothing but a positive experience. We had a leak under our kitchen sink shortly after moving in and our kitchen window screen recently ripped due to high winds. Both issues were fixed by Dennis is a very timely manner. Any time he has been in our home he is always friendly and makes sure to explain the work he is doing.
Mar 26, 2025 · Morgan McDonaldThe maintenance people are great and very professional. They came out to fix our oven & furnace. They answer any questions you have and even show you the process of what they are fixing.
Dec 18, 2024 · Elizabeth PettyThey helped me out and I started my 10 year lease the year ten year lease on June 29, 2016. My lease should end on June 29, 2025. I'm I right?
May 24, 2025 · Heather SchmidtI've done HACCP audit prep at a previous job. I did an inspection of my own on the brand new home. I took over a hundred and fifty pictures of damagesI wrote a formal letter to the office stating all the damages and repairs that needed to be done. They said we can leave if we don't like it. Centennial farms did not do an inspection of home upon delivery and installation. The lady in the office wrote that it was new and had no damages. Clayton homes work ethic and dedication are non-existent. Manufacturing, shipping, and installation damages throughout. The office sends 2 workers to fix the Brand NEW, NEW, NEW, fridge (that's not sealing properly), and they can't even fix that. Furnace (also brand new) breaks. Fresh water spigot is on the opposite side of the home..... ..... Who inspected this home? Apparently centennial farms didn't cause the home is NEW., NEW, NEW. THEY WROTE, "NEW, NEW, NEW. It's very upsetting knowing, I can't afford to fix that much damage, even though I would enjoy it.
Aug 31, 2019 · Adam WeedenWe've lived in here 17 years and far as I'm concerned, the park has gone down hill. Street lights are out or coming on and off, I've talked to someone at the clubhouse but nothing has been done. Playgrounds are a disaster and most of the time you can't use the pool. Rent keeps increasing but yes, this is the cheapest park around to live. Most of the neighbors are fine. Roads could definitely use some work.
